My blogs seem to be going by very fast and by the time many get to commenting, they're already many days past. I've been thinking about intentionally writing less often so that I give more opportunity for people to comment more.
My goal has been to blog daily, but maybe that doesn't really matter as much. Who knows- maybe I could offer more depth if I change my timing as well.
What do you think?

hmm, I don't mind going back and finding a convo if there has been a good one, but I guess if you missed it you may not know it's there. I am all for people blogging daily, but that's only because I have the opportunity to check daily (being on holidays). This is probably not the case for most. I guess either way wouldn't really change my interaction with the sight.

I think you may be on to something, Doug. Although, unless you journal(with an actual pen and paper!) then it may be best to blog, or even draft(they are handy)something as it comes to your mind. I find that if I don't do as I'm thinking about it, I forget!!!
i like to blog every few days. . i like it to sit there for a bit. I think that some won't read more than the current post. . not sure, but I have a feeling its true.
I tend to do my best thinking when I'm either talking with someone or when I'm writing it down and editing. Hence the reason I like to blog daily- it gets me thinking and working through things.
Sometimes I am forming my opinion AS I talk. I have been known to speak something, then say- "No, that's not right," then restate it.
But in this process of blogging, I appreciate hearing comments from others which add to my thoughts.
I'm still on the fence, but I think I might try cutting back a bit, with the hope of getting more people in on the discussion.
After I say that, you should know I've already got 2 blogs saved as drafts! :o
I like people to blog daily... because I can read fast :P That said, I'll skim over stuff that I don't find particularly relevant.
Hmmm... if it's comments that're causing you some issues, you could compromise with one big post that you edit daily... ;-)
